The handle of each knife is made of solid exotic ash. Naturally light in color, this hard grained wood is traditionally used to make floorboards or tool handles (shovels, picks, axes...). Deejo has appropriated it to offer you a collection of kitchen knives that are as robust as they are elegant.
The stainless steel blades of these knives are coated with a thin layer of titanium particles. Obtained by fixing grey titanium, this finish has a double advantage. First, it reinforces surface resistance to shocks and scratches, and second, renders sublime the lines of your knife displaying a temperance pushed to its peak.
Useful for preparing or eating raw or cooked food, this set of 6 kitchen knives is equally enjoyable before or during the meal. Their semi-flexible blades make them versatile knives whose sharpness can be appreciated on a daily basis.
Adorned with 6 different and complementary tattoos, these knives are as pleasant to use as they are pretty to look at. They will logically find their place in your kitchen, at the table, on a cutting board or on the wall, as a decoration on a magnetic bar.
Adorned with a wooden handle, Deejo knives are not dishwasher safe. Use the soft side of a damp sponge or cloth to clean the blade, and avoid scraping it. The abrasive side of sponges should be avoided completely for risk of damaging the blades beyond repair.
The micro-serrated model does not require any special sharpening and always retains a perfect edge.
The razor-edge model naturally should be re-sharpened regularly, using a whet stone, sharpening steel or any other suitable sharpening tool. Take care not to scratch or damage the aesthetics of the blade in the operation of sharpening.
