    There is an error on my knife engraving

    Prior to shipping, all our knives are thoroughly inspected so that no order sent contains errors or products that differ from those specified in the order. However, sometimes a product escapes our vigilance and is sent inadvertently.

    If you notice a discrepancy between the engraving on your knife and the one on your delivery receipt, please contact our customer service team so that we can resolve this oversight and send you the correct product(s) as soon as possible.

    Please note that any message confirmed during your order is directly transmitted to our atelier, which cannot under any circumstances be modified or corrected from the engraving you have chosen. Any message confirmed on our website is the one that will be engraved on your knife.
