My order is incomplete or incorrect
Prior to shipping, all orders placed on our website undergo several strict verification checks to confirm a correct order.
All our orders are therefore checked several times. If, however, you notice a specific difference between the order confirmed on our website and the one received, or if your knife has different features from those listed on your delivery receipt, you can contact our customer service team.
Note, however, if the order received corresponds to what you confirmed when ordering, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any request.
Below is a reminder of our general conditions of sale and use accepted by you before confirming your order:
5 - ORDERS - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT(S)
